• Judge Kuenhold's Feb. 18, 2009 ruling for Subdistrict 1

The Board of Director's of the Rio Grande Water Conservation District adopted the Plan of Water Management prepared by the Board of Managers of Special Improvement District No. 1 of the Rio Grande Water Conservation District on June 15, 2009. The Board of Directors did so in accordance with the provisions of section 37-48-126, C.R.S. The Plan is available for review from the links below.
