Subdistrict #2 is not yet recognized as a legal entity.  Boundaries for this district have not been set; however, the district will encompass areas within the alluvium of the Rio Grande. A work group is in the process of developing the required documents necessary to form Subdistrict #2.  Please see the calendar for the dates, times and places of these work shops.
