Subdistrict #4 is not yet recognized as a legal entity.  Boundaries for this district have not been set; however, the district will encompass areas surrounding the Alamosa River, La Jara Creek and the Carmel/Waverly area. A work group is in the process of developing the required documents necessary to form Subdistrict #4.  Please see the calendar for the dates, times and places of these work shops.
