12/12/1978: Monthly DTW map has a value of 7.96', RGWCD has a value of 6.96' and USGS has a value of 5.96'. The one-ft variation corresponds to the well riser height. I don't know how to reconcile this one.
07/27/1982: DTW difference: RGWCD = 5.57; USGS = 5.37.
