A special meeting of the Board of Managers for Special Improvement District No. 1 of the Rio Grande Water Conservation District is to be held on May15, 2012. The meeting will be held in the Bureau of Reclamation Building located at 10900 Hwy 160 E., Alamosa, CO, 81101 and will begin at 4:00 p.m. This meeting is open to the public.
