Saguache County, Colorado
Bids must be individual bids for each equipment group; the Subdistrict will not accept composite bids. The Subdistrict reserves the right to reject all bids. The winning bidder will have 30 days to close with full payment from the date of the formal acceptance of a winning bid by the Board of Directors of the Rio Grande Water Conservation District. The winning bidder is responsible for all costs associated with uninstalling and removing the equipment from Subdistrict property. The winning bidder must uninstall and remove the irrigation equipment from the land no later than January 31st, 2024 or by a mutually agreed upon date.
The equipment may be physically inspected with District personnel by appointment only. Appointments can be made by calling the District office at (719) 589-6301 or by emailing Subdistrict No. 1’s Program Manager at taylor@rgwcd.org.
Bids must be received by mail or hand delivery at the Rio Grande Water Conservation District office no later than 4:00 p.m. on December 1st, 2023. Envelopes or packages containing bids must be sealed and addressed to:

Emailed and faxed bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened by the Subdistrict No. 1’s Board of Managers at the quarterly meeting on December 6th, 2023 @ 1:30 PM. The public may attend the bid opening. Late bids will not be accepted or opened. There is no minimum bid.
The Rio Grande Water Conservation District is accepting sealed bids for the following irrigation equipment groups located on land it owns within the boundary of Subdistrict No. 1:
